Fresh Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. ripe seeded tomatoes*
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. cilantro (optional)
    1 Tbsp. basil, chopped
    1 Tbsp. red wine
Preparation
    *Select ripe tomatoes (8 to 12 depending on size).
