Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

9-inch pie crust
4 tsp. butter
1 lb. broccoli
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Swiss
1/4 c. grated Monterey Jack
2 tsp. onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. canned milk
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Prepare pie crust and partially bake for 8 minutes at 350\u00b0. Melt 3 teaspoons butter in skillet.
Add onion, salt and broccoli. Cover; simmer 5 minutes.
Beat eggs, cream, salt and nutmeg; add cheese and stir.
Pour into pie shell and dot with remaining butter and bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
