Chicken Potatoes Croquette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    chicken breast or thigh pieces, boiled and chopped
    1 tsp. butter
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 3/4 qt. vegetable oil
    1/4 to 1/3 lb. bread crumbs
    1/2 to 1 oz. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry chopped onion and chicken with butter.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mash potatoes.
    Mix mashed potatoes, fried onion and chicken.
    Make mixture into small balls.
    Put on flour, then in egg and milk (mixed well), then in bread crumbs.
    Fry the balls in vegetable oil until they get light brown (350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0).
