Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole green chili
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic
salt to taste
1 large can whole tomatoes
2 doz. corn tortillas
3 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. cheese
diced large onion
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Drain fat and set aside.
Blend together chili and tomatoes.
Chop up garlic.
Add flour to ground beef; blend in garlic.
Add water to desired thickness, then gradually add in chili, tomatoes and salt to taste.
Allow to simmer 10 to 20 minutes or to desired thickness and enjoy!!
Spread in layer form over prefried tortillas, layer of cheese and onions and chili.
Followed by 1 to 1 1/2 ladles of chili sauce.
Place total dish into oven 10 to 15 minutes.
Bake at 300\u00b0.
