Veggie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tubes (8 count each) refrigerated crescent rolls
    3/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
    1 envelope dry Ranch style dressing mix
    3/4 c. green pepper, chopped (1 pepper)
    3/4 c. green onions, sliced and chopped (2 bunches)
    3/4 c. tomato, diced (1 tomato)
    3/4 c. broccoli, chopped
    3/4 c. carrots, grated (1 to 2 carrots)
    3/4 c. cauliflower, chopped
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded (4 oz.)
Preparation
    I use food processor to chop and grate broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and cheese.
