Ranch Style Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef short ribs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. California Burgundy wine
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Place meat in large casserole or ovenproof dish.
    In mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients, blending well.
    Pour over meat, being careful to spoon on every piece of meat.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered with foil.
    Remove foil or cover and bake 30 minutes longer (making 1 1/2 hours total cooking time).
    Serves 4.
