Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Add shortening, sugar and salt to scalded milk.
    Add 1/4 cup warm water to dry yeast.
    Let scalded milk mixture cool to lukewarm and then add yeast mixture.
    Add flour until you have a good dough mixture.
    Knead on floured board or paper.
    Place dough in a greased bowl; grease top of dough and cover with dish towel.
    Let raise in warm place until double in bulk.
    Punch down and make into rolls; cover.
    Let rolls raise until double in size.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
