Saffron Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. rice
1/3 c. oleo or chicken stock
1/4 tsp. saffron

Preparation

Cook like regular rice.
Wonderful with any chicken dish or baked ham.
