Corn And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans creamed corn
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 small jar pimento
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 stick butter
    1 c. cheese
Preparation
    Chop onion and green pepper; cook in butter until tender. Mix all ingredients together with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Bake for 40 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
    Top with 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes more.
