Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. round steak
    1 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Season steak with salt and pepper.
    Roll in flour.
    Saute in oil until brown.
    Remove from skillet.
    Stir in remaining flour and cook until brown.
    Pat steak and vegetables in skillet and add 1 cup water.
    Simmer for 2 hours or until steak and vegetables are tender.
