Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie crust
    2 large tomatoes
    1/4 c. green onions
    1 tsp. basil (fresh is best!)
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bake pie crust per instructions. Peel and slice tomatoes. Layer in bottom of baked pie crust. Chop green onions and spread over tomatoes. Sprinkle basil and lemon pepper over tomatoes/onions. Mix mayonnaise and cheese. Spread on top of pie. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
