Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unseasoned croutons
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder
dash of pepper
4 slices bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
Preparation

Place croutons and cheese in the bottom of a greased 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
Pour into baking dish.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
Serve immediately.
