Ramen Noodle Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Ramen noodles (find these in Oriental food section; I use the chicken flavor)
1/2 c. oil (Sunflower or Puritan)
1/2 sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 bag cole slaw (large bag for 30)
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. slivered almonds
1 bunch green onion, chopped fine
parsley (optional)
green peppers (optional)
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, vinegar with seasoning packaged in Ramen noodles.
Set aside noodles. Combine cole slaw, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds and green onions. Just before serving, add dressing and broken up uncooked noodles.
Add parsley and/or green peppers if desired.
Enjoy......This will feed a small group or large depending on how much cole slaw you use.
Even good the next day, if any is left!
