Scottish Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/3 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick melted margarine
1 egg
1/3 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. raisins
Preparation

Knead together 4 or 5 times.
Pat dough out into an 8-inch square on floured surface.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar, mixed with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
Cut diagonally into 16 triangles.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven about 15 to 20 minutes.
