Creamy Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. dark corn syrup
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. pecan pieces
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 deep-dish pie crust
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine sugar and flour. Stir in corn syrup. Whisk in eggs. Stir in pecans, evaporated milk and vanilla. Pour into frozen pie crust. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven on preheated baking sheet for 50 minutes or until firm. Cool on wire rack. Makes 8 servings.
