Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Vienna or Italian bread, cubed to make 5 c. bread
    2 c. real cream
    2 c. half and half
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped (pecans)
Preparation
    Spray baking dish with Pam.
    Pour bread crumbs in baking dish. Beat eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla.
    Pour over bread crumbs and sprinkle top with nuts.
    Bake in water that has been added in pan; sit baking dish in water.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
