Catfish Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinned, pan-dressed catfish (fresh or frozen)
    1 c. dry breadcrumbs or croutons
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. whole oregano
    1/4 tsp. leaf basil
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    lemon wedges
    parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Thaw frozen fish.
    Clean, wash and dry fish.
    Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, paprika, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
    Dip catfish in butter and roll in crumb mixture.
