Chicken Veronique - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless chicken breasts
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 stick butter
    2/3 c. mushrooms
    2/3 c. white wine
    1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chives
    1 small onion, chopped
    2/3 c. chicken stock
    2 c. green grapes
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, tarragon, salt, pepper and chives and coat chicken.
    Melt half of butter in frying pan and brown chicken. Remove to casserole dish.
    Add onions and mushrooms and saute. Then add chicken stock and wine and bring to a boil.
    Pour over chicken, cover and bake about 30 minutes or until done.
    Add grapes before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
