Country Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces cube steak
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    6 carrots
    4 large potatoes
Preparation
    Flour cube steaks and brown in frying pan. Cut potatoes and carrots and
    place\tin
    casserole
    dish.
    Salt
    and pepper carrots and potatoes
    to taste.
    Place each steak over carrots and potatoes.
    Sprinkle
    package
    of
    soup
    mix
    over carrots, potatoes and steaks.
    Pour\t3/4
    glass
    of\twater in casserole dish. Cover dish with glass top or aluminum foil. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until carrots and potatoes are tender.
