Fabulous Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 slices bread
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a 2-quart greased casserole, put a layer of bread cubes, a layer of cheese and 1/3 of the onion.
    Make 2 more layers and sprinkle with salt and pepper; press down firmly.
    Beat eggs lightly and add to milk along with the mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over bread cubes and place in the refrigerator at least 8 hours or overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 2 hours before baking to allow to come to room temperature.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour until it has risen to top (or over) of side of dish. Serve at once.
