Rose'S Cheese Ball(Serves 10 To 25) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained completely dry
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1 c. chopped pecans (save 1/4 c. for garnishing)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Roll into a ball and roll ball over pecans reserved for garnishing.
    Can be made ahead of time.
