Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    6 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    5 slices bread
Preparation
    Combine undrained pineapple, flour, egg, sugar and extract in casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, melt butter or margarine in skillet.
    Add cubed bread and brown lightly. Spread over pineapple mixture and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer. This is not a dessert.
    Serve with ham.
