Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 1/2 c. Raisin Bran cereal
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs, beaten
4 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Thoroughly mix dry ingredients.
Stir in buttermilk, eggs and molasses, just until moist.
Grease or line muffin cups and fill about 2/3 full with batter.
Bake in a preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
