Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. softened margarine
2 eggs
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
Preparation

Lightly grease 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Sift flour with salt, baking powder, soda and spices, then set aside.
In large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat sugar with butter just until blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
Continue beating until light and fluffy.
Beat in pumpkin.
At low speed, beat in flour mixture until combined.
