Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 sweet potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    vanilla
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes. Drain and mash. Add rest of ingredients; mix until fluffy.
    Pour into greased dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm when knife comes out clean. Add marshmallows on top and brown.
