Quick Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 3/4 c. flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. soft margarine
    2 1/4 c. very hot tap water
Preparation
    Combine 2 3/4 cups flour, yeast, sugar, margarine, salt and hot water in a large mixing bowl.
    Mix at medium speed for 2 1/2 minutes, scraping sides and bottom of bowl.
    Add 1 cup flour; beat on high 1 minute.
    Work in remaining flour with a wooden spoon.
