Sloppy Joes For A Bunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. hamburger
    1/2 large onion, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 stalks minced celery (with leaves)
1 jar Manwich (thick and chunky)
1 jar Not So Sloppy Joes
    2 c. catsup
1/3 to 1/2 c. brown sugar to taste
4 to 5 tsp. cider vinegar to taste
1 tsp. (more or less) chili powder
Preparation
Brown hamburger in the microwave and drain. Cook onion until tender in the microwave with olive oil and celery.
Place hamburger in crock-pot. Add remaining ingredients. Stir everything together in the crock-pot and taste. If it seems too sweet, add a little more vinegar. If it seems a little sour, add a little brown sugar. Cook in crock-pot until the olive oil comes to the top. Spoon off as much oil as you can. This should serve a lot of people. It freezes well. If you have a small group and you decide to make half the amount, leave out the Not So Sloppy Joe sauce and put in half of everything else.
