Sandy'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, boiled
    1 small red onion
    1/2 small jar pickle relish
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    1 small jar mushrooms
    1 can ripe olives
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Drain and cool.
    Drain mushrooms. Slice mushrooms, olives and red onion.
    Add mustard, mayonnaise, olives, mushrooms and onion to potatoes and stir.
    Add chopped, boiled eggs and pickle relish.
    Refrigerate.
