Lemon Parsley Clam Sauce For Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans minced clams
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    12 oz. linguine
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Drain juice from clams and save.
    Saute onion and garlic in butter and oil until tender.
    Add clam juice and seasonings and simmer 5 minutes.
