Pudding Head Gingerbread Men - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 (3 oz.) butterscotch pudding mix
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Using electric mixer, cream margarine, brown sugar, pudding mix and egg.
    Sift flour, baking soda and spices.
    Combine flour mixture with creamed mixture; chill.
    Roll part of chilled dough out on a floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Remove from cookie sheet to rack to cool.
    Decorate.
    Makes about 2 dozen.
