Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts (skinless)
    1 box chicken rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    large bag Monterey Jack and Cheddar
    bunch of green onions
    1 large tomato
Preparation
    Brown chicken on both sides; cut in bite-size pieces. Cook rice as directed on package. Cook soup (do not add water).
    Spread rice in casserole dish; sprinkle chicken over rice, then spread soup over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top and place in 375\u00b0 oven long enough to melt cheese. Remove and sprinkle with onion and tomato on top, then serve.
