Vickie'S Fabulous Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 onion
    1 large jar diced pimentos
    1/2 c. diced dill pickles
    1 tsp. dill pickle juice
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop potatoes and onions.
    Boil until tender.
    Drain and allow to cool completely, about two hours.
    In a separate bowl mix all other ingredients together and pour over cool potatoes.
    Be sure to salt potatoes while boiling.
    Serve immediately or store in refrigerator until later.
