Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottle tomato juice
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 small onion
    2 c. diced tomatoes
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    2 medium cucumbers, diced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 to 3 diced scallions
    juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 lime
    2 Tbsp. red or white wine vinegar
    1 tsp. each tarragon and basil
    1 crushed garlic clove
    dash of ground cumin
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley or dried
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours. Preparation time is 20 to 30 minutes.
