Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 large or 3 small bananas (overripe), mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat butter, sugar and eggs in a large bowl with a mixer for 3 minutes, until light and fluffy.
Stir in bananas, flour, salt and soda; mix well.
Add sour cream and nuts.
Stir until well mixed. Pour batter into well-greased loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Check by inserting a toothpick in the center.
When it comes out dry, cake is done.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
