Date Nut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped dates

Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar, then remainder of ingredients. Place in unbaked pie shell and bake about 30 minutes in a slow oven (325\u00b0) or until slightly brown and the liquid sets.
Serves 6.
