Grasso Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, pressed thin
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs
1 c. Asiago grated cheese
4 plum tomatoes, cut up
3 scallions, cut up
1 clove fresh garlic
Preparation

In pan of 1/4 cup olive oil, saute fresh tomatoes, scallions and 1 clove fresh garlic.
Mix sour cream and eggs.
Dip boneless breasts in mixture, then flour.
Place in 1/4 cup olive oil on baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Remove.
Add fresh tomato mixture.
Top with Asiago cheese.
Bake 10 more minutes. Remove.
Let set 10 minutes and eat.
