Salmon Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    4 carrots (large), cut up
    8 stalks celery, cut up
    2 very large potatoes, cut up
    4 c. water
    5 or 6 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. (little heaping) flour
    1 c. water
    1 large can salmon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put one stick oleo in skillet; saute the onion and bell pepper until tender.
    Set aside.
