Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. onions
1 c. celery
1 c. cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 stick margarine
crackers
Preparation
-
Mix the first 3 ingredients together and cook until tender. Put in a casserole dish.
Add cheese, mayonnaise and margarine. Mix all together.
Put crumbled up crackers on top and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
This casserole dish freezes well.
