Zucchini And Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat (sausage, beef, turkey or venison)
    oil
    onion rings
    pepper rings
    zucchini
    spaghetti sauce
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    oregano
    sweet basil
    rice or pasta
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Crumble and brown ground meat.
    Drain well and place in mixing bowl.
    In a small amount of oil brown onion rings and pepper rings.
    Drain well and mix with meat.
    Remove pulp and seeds from zucchini and chop or slice.
    Place in a small amount of oil and saute until just fork-tender.
    Drain dry.
    Add to other ingredients.
    Add spaghetti sauce to moisten.
    Also add salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and sweet basil to taste.
    Place in baking dish over rice or pasta.
    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
