Katie'S Mac And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    10 oz. Velveeta (approximately 1/3 of 2 lb. block)
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, add 6 cups water.
    Add salt and bring to a boil. Add macaroni, stirring occasionally.
    When macaroni is tender, pour into colander, drain thoroughly and return to pan.
    On low heat, add milk, margarine and cubed Velveeta.
    Stir constantly until cheese is melted.
