Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Beat sugar and milk into cream cheese until smooth.
Fold in coconut and then Cool Whip.
Spoon into a graham cracker crust. Freeze until firm.
Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
