Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. fresh tomatoes, cut up
1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 stick butter
1/4 lb. soda crackers, crushed
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
-
Melt butter.
Add crushed soda crackers and milk.
Mix together and sprinkle on top of tomato mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
