Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash
    1 onion
    8 oz. grated cheese
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion.
    Drain and mash.
    Add oleo and sugar. Place half of mixture in a casserole dish.
    Layer rest of ingredients.
    Add 1/2 of grated cheese.
    Add 1/2 can of soup.
    Add 1/2 of crackers.
    Repeat layers.
    Crackers will be on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until brown.
