Pittsburg Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size potatoes
    1 small green pepper
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    onion
    1 to 2 slices bread
    butter
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and cut into small pieces.
    Mix all ingredients together into a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
