Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large green pepper
1 large cabbage
1 large onion
1 large carrot
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar (white preferred)
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Shred green pepper, cabbage, onion and carrot together in a bowl; sprinkle sugar over all.
Boil vinegar, oil, salt, celery salt and dry mustard; pour over vegetables.
This salad keeps for days and is for a crowd.
