Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. cooking wine
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/8 tsp. ground garlic
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour over meat, coating well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Better if it stays in marinade longer.
Great for chicken to grill.
