Diabetic Pumpkin Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box instant sugar free vanilla pudding
    1 can pumpkin (1 lb. size)
    1 can Milnot
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 or 4 drops liquid sweetener
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients thoroughly.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    Add the spice mixture to the pumpkin mix.
    Beat well, then pour into serving dessert dishes.
    Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
    Very good.
