Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced cooked potatoes
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook sliced potatoes for 5 to 7 minutes until slightly crisp. Melt butter with onions. Combine sour cream, water, beaten eggs, salt and pepper. Put potatoes in well-greased 1-quart casserole dish. Slowly pour over sauce mixture over the potatoes. Top with cheese and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
