Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly in blender, then add other ingredients. Mix.
Beat at high for additional five minutes.
Put 1/2 to 3/4 cup mixture in large iron (or other oven-safe) skillet and cook on stove top until no longer runny (medium heat).
Place skillet in 450\u00b0 oven until done (about one minute).
Serve with lemon juice and powdered sugar.
