Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. sour milk
    2 c. chopped rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together; place in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with 1/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
